The Nebraska State Climate Office has teamed up with engineering firms Black & Veatch Corporation and Olsson & Associates to design the City of Lincoln’s Master Water Plan. Our role is to synthesize and interpret climate model output for the middle 21st century so that climate change can be factored into the design. Ultimately, this will answer the critical question of will the Lincoln’s population have access to enough water in 2040.
